For some cities, its mainly economy income is relying on gaming entertainment such as Las Vegas and Macau.  Although it attract many tourists visit it because of its gaming entertainment business, this is risky and unhealthy economic grow up which only focus on one business.  If the gaming entertainment business collapses, the city will be turn into dangerous situation in financial.

With no doubt, gambling is a high risk gaming entertainment.  Although it may lead to win a lot, it also can make you lose within 5 seconds.  Therefore, if a people lost a lot, he/she may borrow money from the illegal creditors.  At the end, he/she may steal if they cannot return the money with unreasonable high tax.
